AQUA FA is our second generation water based ink leading on from the success of AQUA ART. With a softer feel to the finished prints and a wider range of colours, all pigments are blue wool scale 6-8, which gives this ink outstanding performance and ease of use. 

With 22 std colours available including BLACK, WHITE AND BASE/BINDER, LEMON, MID CHROME, GOLDEN, ORANGE, BRITE RED, SCARLET, FLAG RED, CERISE, VIOLET, BRITE BLUE, MID BLUE, ROYAL BLUE, NAVY BLUE, ULTRA BLUE, GREEN, CRIMSON, BRITE GREEN, LIME GREEN, EMERALD GREEN.

There are 4 process colours CYAN-MAGENTA-YELLOW, BLACK. 

With IRIODIN based SILVER and SOLAR GOLD for excellent light fastness without tarnishing means they will look good for many year and remain bright and vibrant. 

We also offer Fluorescent inks in all ranges, There are 6 colours available LUNAR YELLOW, STELLER GREEN, BLAZE ORANGE, LAZER RED, COMET BLUE, ASTRAL PINK these inks do not have good light fastness and should be used with caution when doing works that are to be displayed for a long time. These pigment only have a 3 mth light fastness when exposed to sunlight or bright LED or incandescent lighting.

AQUA ART is a water based ink for fine art and poster printing. Aqua art is a versatile, high performance user friendly, gelled, water based ink system. These screen stable, high definition inks can be printed on most type of screen presses. In STD gloss or matt with the addition of an additive, all types of finish can be achieved.

ARTJET is a range of fast drying spirit based screen inks for fine art printing onto paper & board.

ARTJET inks have excellent printing and drying properties and superb screen stability and self solvency.  These properties make them suitable for all types of production methods from hand tables to automatic presses.  ARTJET inks dry to a semi matt finish depending on the absorbency of the stock.  The high colour strength of these inks, and the wide colour range, mean they they can be thinned up to 30% using the recommended thinner or retarder, make them very economical in use.

• PRINTING :

All types of stencil are suitable.  55-120T monofilament meshes for best results.  Using 110T a coverage of 50 sq m/kg can be expected.

• THINNERS :
• Thinner TS13 10-25%
• Retarder TS03 5-25%
• Good quality white spirit can also be used.
• DRYING :
• Air drying times of around 15 minutes depending on stock and shop conditions.  Using fine meshes and driers set at 70°C prints can be dry in approximately 15 seconds.
• COLOURS :

We also have TRI BASE that can be used in any ink and is a thick matt base that is non yellowing, also used for priting inter coate layers when ink build up is present due to the high number of colours can become a problem,

PRO STAR VARNISH is a clear semi gloss varnish for overprinting artjet or for overprinting digital prints were a sealer is needed, this ink offers very littles scuffing. This ink does not mix with the other ARTJET range.

We also offer a CLEAR VARNISH that is of a semi matt finish and can be intermixed with the other ARTJET colours and can also be used as an overprint varnish.

A SERIES inks are formulated for substrates such as wood, varnished surfaces, primed metals, various thermoplastics with no or low plasticizer content i.e. Acrylics, rigid PVC, and various duroplastics. They can be used for printing onto acrylic moulds, e.g. shield inserts for outdoor advertising.

A SERIES inks dry by oxidation i.e. absorption of air and have a gloss to semi-gloss finish, are highly pigmented and have good opacity. They are weather resistant and are suitable for outdoor advertising.

COLOUR RANGE.

A SERIES inks are available in a range of 9 colours: CITRIC YELLOW, DARK YELLOW, ORANGE, LIGHT RED, BRIGHT RED, CARMINE, MEDIUM BLUE, VIOLET, BRILLIANT GREEN, OVERPRINT VARNISH, plus BLACK, WHITE.

All colours have Pigments with a lightfastness of B/W 7-8. 

If the basic inks shades are mixed with a high content of white or clear base the lightfastness of the print will be reduced.

2 PACK INKS.

2 PACK Series epoxy solvent-based screen ink has been formulated with high quality epoxy resins for excellent adhesion to metals, glass and a wide range of hard-to-print substrates. 

2 PACK Series is ideal for electronic and industrial applications and provides outstanding solvent, chemical and abrasion resistance. 

COLOUR RANGE

2 PACK inks come in a range of  20 std colours including BLACK, WHITE, VARNISH as well as metallic silver and gold.

2 PACK is a two-part ink and must be initiated with a catalyst prior to use. 

2 PACK ink exhibits a high gloss finish when used with the gloss catalyst or can be made matt with the use of the matt catalyst.

2 PACK Series is for indoor applications only.

TEXPRINT WATER BASED TEXTILE PRINTING INKS.

WATER BASED PRINTING PASTE SUITABLE FOR COTTON, JERSEY AND LYCRA.

A Range of 14 colours including 3 whites and 2 bases, Ready to  Use with good screen stability, easy to use with a soft hand and a low tack. Ready to use. Check the viscosity. We suggest to have high viscosity to increase opacity on dark substrates. To obtain a result more opaque and softer add Texprint no tack.

To obtain best results use screens 34-77 threads/cm both for manual printing and automatic. 

To obtain high washing resistance put in the oven at 140°C for 3 minutes.

Formaldehyde free and Complies with Oekotex Standard 100 and with all the most restrictive ecological standards. Can be used with a catalyst for air drying.
